When to contact us for an emergency?

For example, a severe water leak, flooding, or electrical fault that could cause harm if not dealt with immediately.

There’s a serious property issue

The property
is not secure

Such as a broken door lock, smashed window, or other damage that leaves the property unsecured.

You lose
essential services

For instance, complete loss of heating in winter, no running water, or a gas leak that needs urgent attention.

Other emergency situations

If you or someone nearby is seriously injured, in immediate danger, or requires urgent medical assistance, you must contact the emergency services straight away.

Emergency Numbers:

  • 999 – Call for urgent emergencies (Police, Ambulance, Fire & Rescue).

  • 111 - NHS Direct

  • 101 – Non-emergency police

  • National Gas Emergency Service - 0800 111 999

  • United Utilities (burst water main) - 0800 330 033
